offpage is a browser extension that gives every page on the internet a place to chat, share, completely separately from the web itself.
Engage in discussions on any webpage, from Youtube to Wikipedia to the US.gov website. You name it.
A separate, open space for discussions beyond platform restrictions.
Share images and GIFs to enhance conversations. Imagine memes on research papers, or graphs to fact check news.
I love exploring the internet and stumbling upon interesting content.
But too often, I find myself wondering, “What would people say about this?”—only to discover that the site has comments disabled or doesn’t have a discussion section at all.
That frustration sparked an idea: What if I built a comment section for every webpage?
So I got to work, and after a lot of development, Offpage was born—a place where discussions can happen anywhere on the web.
